Fixing a Garbage Disposal

one more thing that is easy for home owners that may have some trouble with electrical troubleshooting. After pressing the reset button….. if there is still no noise comming from the disposal and you think it may be power related. Unplug the disposal ( if it isnt hard wired) and run an extention cord to an outlet that you know works. the disposal should turn on or hum. Then you know you have a problem with that circut under the sink.
