It's that time for spring cleaning and home fix up projects! As the windows and doors to our homes once again open for Spring we get to start those home "fix up" projects. Chances are you'll soon be entertaining friends and family, and a new coat of paint in the dining room, living room or family room can go a long way to freshening up your home. Great tips! I live in the Philippines in northern Luzon and really do not have access to any viable hardware stores like back home in the USA. We recently added a P100,000 peso addition which included a powder room-shower-comfort room. I used some of these tips that are in this site and I became a better designer/painter than expected. Although most of the rooms are 90% custom tiled, the tips helped a lot. Thanks!
