PROBLEM: Water Drips From Front Panel

PROBLEM: Water Drips From Front Panel

Possible Causes:
If you see water dripping from the air conditioner it means one thing. The pan is not sloping down toward the exterior, but rather into the home. Water condensate from the evaporator coil is then draining into the home instead of out the rear of the unit through the drain tube.

Possible Solutions:
Correct the slop of the unit so that it drains to the exterior and slopes slightly downward toward the exterior.
