Self Tapping Screw Anchor
OK, there's the way these things are supposed to work and then there's the way they actually work.

They are designed to screw into the drywall with a Phillips head screwdriver. Then, they are supposed to firmly seat into the drywall and you then screw into the "x" shape of the Phillips head.

What actually happens is if you over-tighten them, or as you're screwing into them, is that the screwing action continues and you wind up making a big hole in the wall. I mean a big hole! I don't like these anchors at all.
