Power Drill

This is an essential home repair tool. Corded drills never run out of power and always deliver strong torque for drilling or driving screws. Get a variable speed drill with a reverse feature and a 3/8" chuck. With that configuration, you have a very powerful, versatile tool that can be used for drilling, sanding, and driving screws. The variable speed feature is very important if you want to drive screws with this tool. If you don't have variable speed, you can't control the drill speed and will wind up stripping the screw heads.
