Caulk Gun

The caulking gun is an essential tool for home repair. There are some very nice newer models out that have an integral cutter for the tube spout and an integral wire to clear the spout of caulk. The caulk in the caulk cartridge is advanced by a plunger on a rod, and that rod may be ratcheted or smooth. The smooth caulk gun rods are best and provide the most control over caulk flow.
